Styling | 1 Item, 3 Ways

My blog is mainly beauty, but I do like to incorporate some fashion posts here and there to mix it up. So to go along with my Styling series, which you can find here, I decided to have another series to go along with it.

Welcome the Styling: 1 Item, 3 Ways series! Where I will feature one item styled in 3 different ways–Casual, Work Appropriate, and Night Out.

So the start off the series, let’s work with a floral blazer!
Let’s jump in!

1 Item, 3 Ways

Casual

FB 1

For this casual look, I thought some boyfriend jeans, a tee, and strappy sandals were ideal. Since floral prints and pastel colors will be a hot trend this year, I threw in a mint crossbody and rose-hued jewelry.

Work Appropriate

FB 2

Obviously not everyone can dress up for work, some of us have to wear scrubs or a uniform to work. But this particular category isn’t just about work wear, these outfits can be worn to dinner parties, social/family gatherings, church, etc.

Another hot trend this season, will be wide leg trouser pants, so I thought these khaki trousers were perfect…paired with a coral top and simple jewelry.

Night Out

Lastly, for a night out with your girls or date night with your significant other, I paired this fun blazer with a leather skater skirt, a metallic crop top, and fun accessories. Orange lips will also be making a big debut this spring, so I added Lime Crime’s Cosmopop and Maybelline’s Color Sensational Lipstick in Electric Orange.

So what do you think of this series? I hope you all enjoyed this post and perhaps get some inspiration for the upcoming season, I by no means am or consider myself a stylist, fashionista, or fashion guru. I just find it fun to style different things together and share them with you all.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Will you be rocking the floral print trend this season?

Until next time beauties!

-Daily Nuggets-

♥ I didn’t post anything on Wednesday, because I needed a break from the computer. As my good friend Jackie calls it…a computer detox. It was much needed and I honestly enjoyed it. Fear not, I will be back on my regular schedule from now on.

♥ The last few posts I’ve skipped my Daily Nuggets section because they were scheduled posts…did ya miss them? Haha!

♥ I’m still trying to get adjusted to having a puppy…he has his good days and his bad days. Yesterday, was a bad day….he had several accidents and he’s teething so he chews on anything and everything! So I’m constantly running after him, LOL!
