April 2014 Favorites

Hello my friends! Can you believe April is over? Seriously, this year is already zooming on by! I know everyone says this, but honestly, I can’t believe how fast this year is going.

Okay, enough of that…let me share with you guys my monthly favorites!!

April 2014 Favorites

Milani Lip Intense Lip Color in Violet Addict

-I have been obsessed with this lip color since I bought it, it’s perfect for this time of year. I have a full review and lip swatches here. I love both colors that I own, but I’ve been wearing this one the most this past month.

NYX Lip Butter in Peaches and Cream

-I own a few of these and to be honest, I often forget about them because I have them stored in a drawer along with a pile of other lip products. This month I made sure to use products in that drawer more. This was one of my most worn. I can’t believe I forgot about these, they are amazing!

Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette

-I think I’ve featured this palette in a past monthly favorites post, but this month I was in a neutral eye and winged liner kick, so this palette got a ton of use. Perfect everyday palette!

Crown Brush Neutral Palette

-Like I mentioned above, I was all about neutral eyes this past month, so this palette was perfect! It has a variety of neutrals, mattes, and shimmers. I won this palette in a giveaway that Liz from My Pretty Obsessions held last year, I love it!

Anastasia Brow Wiz

-I love filling in my brows, I think it’s an essential part of a makeup routine. I have pretty full brows, so I love how quick and easy it is to use this pencil. Definitely one of my go-to’s when I’m in a hurry.

Altair Beauty Brushes

-I can’t get over how cute and amazing these brushes are! Best part, they are super affordable! Read my review on this brush set here

Benefit Hoola Bronzer

-I think I may have mentioned to you guys that I am not good at contouring…for some reason, it just doesn’t look good on me. But I do like to bronze my face from time to time, so that’s where this bronzer comes in. I love it! It’s not orange and it’s matte, great for my pale skin.

Madison Street Beauty Blush in Lotus

-This blush is a perfect everyday color, you can find my review and swatches here

Merlot Grape Seed Night Cream and Eye Cream

-I have finally got a pretty good skin care routine down and these two creams have made the cut! I have a full review here! I’m still pretty new to skin care items, but I’m using what works for me…it’s nothing special or complicated.

That about wraps up this post. I’d love to know what you guys have been loving this month, let’s chat down below!
