Is there anything I need before our consultation?
Nope! But depending on the service you choose, I will need a picture/list of your current makeup collection.
Also, if you book the one-on-one consultation, I suggest writing down any questions you want answered.
Will this work for me even if I’m a newbie?
Absolutely! This is designed to work for everyone, especially newbies.
What if I’m a seasoned pro?
Like mentioned above, this is designed for everyone. Each service is different, so choose what you need the most help with.
What can I expect after booking my service?
You’ll receive an email from me within 24 hours with an invoice and your time confirmation. Depending on your consultation, you may also receive a questionnaire to fill out. I will also send you a reminder the day before our one-on-one and a couple of hours beforehand as well.
How will I pay you?
I will send you a PayPal invoice.
What can I expect from our consultation?
I want our consultation to be fun, picture having coffee or wine with a girlfriend and chatting makeup. Depending on what you choose, FaceTime, Skype or a phone call, I will call you a couple of minutes before your appointment. We will go over your questionnaire, I’ll give you some input and you can ask any questions you have.
What is the turnaround time?
It really depends on how many clients I have at the time. But I will strive for a 2-3 week turnaround time. I will always be honest with you and deliver what I have promised in a timely manner. For Gift Guides and E-Styling, please let me know when you need everything by.
